DRIVE BY / Referencing stereoscopic photography, these mural-sized charcoal drawings incorporate images of houses, office buildings and malls from the suburbs of south Denver. In this case, images are doubled and tripled to suggest repeatability and the process of change. In Tennis Whites, a drawing of a tennis court is covered with white-out correction fluid. In Drive-By, the image of a tree breaks down into its half-tone representation. 6 x 25 feet (some more some less). Charcoal, white-out, acrylic on paper and unstretched canvas.
